• Q: Do you have any Certificate?
•    A: Yes, our factory have ISO9001 certificate; For Battery, UL/CB/IEC62619/IEC62133/CE/Rohs/UN38.3/MSDS, etc.

• Q: Do you have any protection for battery pack?
• A: Yes, each battery pack is assembled with BMS. 

BMS main functions:

                     Over-charge protection

                     Over-discharge protection

                     Over current protection

                     Cell balancing function

                     Over temperature protection

• Q: Can I have a sample order?
• A: Yes, sample order for test is available.

• Q: How to proceed an order for lithium batteries?
• A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application;

      Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions;

      Thirdly, customer confirms the order details and places deposit for formal order;

      Fourthly, we will arrange the production and keep you updated before shipment;

      Finally, Arrange the shipment and do after-sales service.

• Q: Is it OK to print my logo on lithium batteries product?
• A: Of course, we can print logo as requirements.

• Q: Do you have MOQ limit?
• A: Yes, we have MOQ limit for mass production, but it depends on battery model. Please contact us for details.

• Q: How about the lead time?
• A: Generally, samples take 5-7 business days. Mass production takes 25-30 days.

• Q: How about shipping method?
• A: Shipment by Express, by Air and by Sea are available.

• Q: What about after-sale service?
• A: We will offer you 1-5 years guarantee based on different battery solutions. Any problems, please check with Mica power, and we will offer you positive solutions.
